To invite a new user, navigate to the “Users” link near the bottom of the Administration panel’s left side bar:
Next, click the green “+ Create” button at the top right side of user management pane:
Now, under “Username,” enter a user name for the new user (note: spaces are not allowed in usernames) and, under Email, enter the new user’s email address, then press the Save button:
A welcome email will be sent to the new users address asking them to click a link to create their password (note: this invitation is only good for 24 hours. If it expires, the new user will need to go to the repository login screen and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link, which will send a new message allowing them to set a new password):
