My Dashboard

When you click the "Go to dashboard" link in the frontend, you will be taken to "My dashboard" in the back office:

  • This dashboard is tailored to your account (and its associated permissions). It includes three key navigation tabs:
    • Uploads (the default open tab when you arrive in the back office)
    • Communities
    • Requests

  • The uploads>my uploads tab (open by default) displays all of the records created by your user account. The search bar in this window will search only the subset of records created by your user.
  • The uploads>shared with me tab displays all records that have been shared specifically with your user by another user. The search bar in this window will search only the subset of records shared specifically with your user by another user:

Collections

  • The Uploads>Collections tab displays all of the collections for which your user is a member. Members with the owner role or the manager role will see the "Edit" button for relevant collections, which gives them access to the collection settings and membership management screens.

Requests

  • The Requests Tab displays review requests.
    • Under the Requests>My requests sub-tab, the user can see submissions he/she has made that are still in process.
