Paradigm Repositories can be synced with your institution's CRIS system via a recurring scheduled job.
To begin syncing records, navigate to the Administration dashboard and click on the "Jobs" link in the lefthand navigation bar:
In the Jobs pane, click the Gear icon to the right of "CRIS Harvester" job and then click "Configure and run..." from the dropdown menu:
In the configuration form, select "Celery" from the dropdown menu under the Queue heading, and enter the OAI endpoint for harvesting your CRIS system (in this example, the address is from the University of Bristol's Purse endpoint):
Next, click the "Run Now" button:
The job will begin running, gradually harvesting records and publishing them in a preconfigured collection (in this case, the "Institutional Output" collection) until all existing records have been harvested or the job is stopped:
