Creating New Faculty Profiles
To create a new Faculty Profile, go to the dashboard and click the “plus” symbol in the upper right corner to view a dropdown menu. Select the “New Faculty Profile” option:
This will bring you to a new Faculty Profile. The new Faculty Profile contains three main sections: Basic Information, Institutional Information, and Contact Information. An additional menu bar along the right side offers the option to upload a profile picture and CV. You will also find the option to Save and View the profile at the top right.
In the Basic Information section you have the option to enter the faculty member’s biography, and identifiers (such as ORCID or ISNI). “Family Name” and “Given Name” are the only required fields in the Basic Information section.
In the Institutional Information section find optional fields for Title, Department, Institution as well as optional text boxes for Research Interests and Education.
Contact includes optional fields for Website, Phone Number, and two email addresses.
Once all information has been entered, you must click “Save” in the upper right corner. The profile will automatically populate into the Faculty Profiles section.
