Faceted Search

Frontend

To access faceted search options in the frontend, click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner search bar. 

Faceted search options allow you to sort by version, publication year, access status, languages, resource types, subjects, and file type. 

Dashboard

Faceted search and sorting options are available for Uploads, Collections, and Requests in the Dashboard. Find search options in the left-hand menu and top toggle bars of each section. 

In the Uploads screen, toggle between searching “My uploads” and those “Shared with me” using the toggle to the left of the Uploads search bar. Sort by version, access status, publication status, resource type and file type in the left-hand menu. 

In the Collections screen you will find a dedicated collections search bar. Sort by visibility and type in the left-hand menu.
